From past to the future!

On the outskirts of Bratislava, on famous Danube, one of the youngest museums of modern art in Europe – Danubiana can be found. The impressive architecture is formed by its unusual location on the borders of three neighboring countries - Slovakia, Austria and Hungary, and also by the amazing surroundings of nature.   Danubiana offers a unique harmony of works of art, modern architecture and environment.

The  Slovak National Uprising Bridge across the Danube River in Bratislava is unique in Europe. Its steel construction hanging on one pylon weights more than 7000 tons. There is a restaurant UFO located in the pylon 80 m above the ground. The name UFO comes from the restaurant’s shape, resembling a flying saucer. The Bridge and the UFO restaurant on top of it are one of Bratislava’s most famous and prominent landmarks.

The television tower Kamzik is the tallest tower in Slovakia and its architectural, construction and functional features are still inspirational. On its top, there is an observation deck from with a perfect view on the whole city and beyond. There is a revolving restaurant to be enjoyed with the 360 degrees view.
